About Yorkshire Terriers
Originating in England in the 19th century, Yorkies were bred for their ratting skills in the textile mills and coal mines of Yorkshire. They have since evolved into beloved companion animals, thanks to their winning personalities and elegant appearance.
Yorkies are known for their silky, straight, and fine-textured coats that come in a striking blue and tan color pattern. Their petite size, usually ranging from 4 to 7 pounds, adds to their charm.
